Domestic shipments

All orders are sent via Pgeon or Poslaju courier. You will be sent a tracking link via SMS or Whatsapp. Postage is handled by our delivery partners, and whilst most items get delivered within 1-3 working days, we are not in control of the delivery process and there might be occasional delays.

For Klang Valley customers, same day delivery via dispatch may be arranged at an additional cost.

International shipments

We do ship internationally, and postage costs varies depending on item weight / size and destination. Do contact us if you require international shipping.

Do take note that customs may impose certain duties and taxes on the item(s), which shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Insurance

For your additional peace of mind, all domestic parcels are insured up to a coverage sum of RM20,000.

Additional fees apply for international shipments.
