Do you have a physical store?

Yes! Our showroom is located in the office tower of Tropicana Avenue, and we are open for viewing with prior appointment.

Opening hours are 12-4pm, Monday to Saturday, closed Sundays.

Are you able to reserve an item for viewing?

Regretfully, we are not able to hold an item for viewing. However, you are more than welcome to view our available stock!

To avoid disappointment, do drop us a message before visiting to ensure the item you’d like to view is still in stock.

Can I return an item?

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange as purchases are final, but would be pleased to assist in reselling the item for you.

What is your policy in regards to authenticity?

We provide 100% money back guarantee on items sold by us with a written third party authentication proof within six (6) months from date of sale.

Do you provide Entrupy certification?

For additional peace of mind, we offer Entrupy authentication with a charge of RM150 per item for Entrupy-supported brands (excluding Hermes).

For Hermes, pricing differs according to styles and ranges from RM300-RM800.

Do you provide restoration services?

We do not offer bag spa services, but would be happy to refer you to our trusted restorers.

Do you have insurance on your parcels?

All local parcels are fully insured up to RM20,000 per parcel.

For international orders, additional fee applies if you would like your parcel insured.

What brands and categories do you take?

As a general rule, we take the brands listed on our page, including but not limited to those.

Certain exclusions apply such as fragrance.

How long is the processing time?

We aim to process consignments within 2-4 working days, but this may vary depending on the backlog of consignments at any given time.

What if my item is not authentic?

At La Bagatory, we have a strict policy on counterfeit goods.

An authentication charge of RM200 per item is charged if item is found inauthentic. The fee is applied to cover the time and effort of authenticating the items.

For Hermes brand items, the fee may range between RM600-800 depending on the product model.

Can I be paid sooner before the 7 working days period?

Yes we would be happy to oblige, please let us know that there is time sensitivity and we will expedite the payment.
