10 – New, Unused
Brand new, new without tags, never been used.

9.5 – Like New
Like new condition – almost no signs of use.

9 – Excellent
Excellent condition – minimal signs of use. If there are any imperfections, they are hardly visible.

8 – Very Good
Very good condition – moderate signs of use. These imperfections could be from aging of the bag, regular wear and/or mild surface scratching.

7 – Good
Good condition – visible signs of use such as scratches, discoloration and/or minor tearing.

6 – Fair
Fair condition – heavy signs of use. Functionality of the bag may be affected. E.g. broken strap, large tears, sticky surface.
